| Terms and Conditions Shipment Origin: We ship to all 48 Continental United States. All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will have a $3.50 ship fee • Timeless Accents will not make shipments using USPS, and will not ship to a USPS Post Office Box. • Timeless Accents ships all packages with no signature guarantee; you must agree to delivery without the recipient‘s signature. Signature waiver applies to all past, present and future shipments. • Replacement orders for unacknowledged delivery are the responsibility of the account once Timeless Accents Styles shows shipping confirmation and pick up by the carriers. Timeless Accents bares no liability for such delivery failures. • Timeless Accents uses United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex Ground Services, depending on best rates and service available, and require your account number to be used for all freight costs and charges. • Truck shipments are shipped freight collect, unless Third Party Billing is arranged in advance with a valid account number with the carrier given to Timeless Accents. • Due to the nature of the products, some items will be shipped in over sized cartons that may result in higher freight costs. • All orders will be shipped ASAP (typically 1-5 business days). • Timeless Accents will only ship to the 48 continental United States. • Timeless Accents will not ship to any P.O. BOX address. Returns: If a return is necessary and approved for instances in which a Timeless Accents error occurs, the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Timeless Accents will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. Timeless Accents will not issue credit for unpaid merchandise. Timeless Accents will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment. Timeless Accents will issue credit only for an eligible return. Shipping Damage: Timeless Accents will not cover items damaged by the shipping carrier. Timeless Accents will charge shipping errors to your account unless Timeless Accents is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, address change/correction charges and any costs for reshipment or restocking. Inventory: Timeless Accents inventory is not guaranteed in terms of in-stock status or restock dates. Inventory status information is estimated and may change without notice. Ordering: If items are not in stock or on back order Timeless Accent reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refund payment at anytime.
